Starting June 28th, 2022, if you have a valid ticket for a specific date and time, C&J guarantees there will be a seat available for you.
C&J's reservation service will give ticketed passengers guaranteed seating on the travel date and time selected.
Please note, if you choose to ride standby or purchase your ticket as a walk-up fare, your seat is not guaranteed. Guaranteed seating only applies to advanced reservation ticketed passengers, traveling on the specific date and time selected. C&J always recommends purchasing your ticket in advance online.
