What are the luggage rules at C&J?

Can C&J search unattended luggage?
For the safety and security of our passengers, C&J reserves the right to detain and search unattended or unaccompanied luggage when warranted. Passengers should keep their luggage with them and should never leave bags unattended at C&J terminals, on buses, or in other public areas.

What should I do if I see unattended luggage?
Do not handle or move the luggage. Please notify a C&J employee immediately and provide as much information as possible about where the item was found.

Can I leave my luggage at the terminal while I travel?
No. Luggage should not be left unattended at C&J terminals or other C&J facilities. Passengers are responsible for keeping track of their belongings until they are loaded for travel.
