Valet in Portsmouth will end on October 18, 2025. Please arrive no later than fifteen minutes before your scheduled departure time.
Starting October 19, 2025, we’ll introduce a complimentary parking shuttle at our Portsmouth terminal. This free service replaces valet parking, which will close on October 18, 2025. By offering the parking shuttle at no charge, we’re giving riders a convenient way to park and reach the terminal without the added expense of valet ($8/day). LEARN MORE.
We work hard to ensure that every one our scheduled buses leaves on time. We also work fast during crunch time to ensure that as many passengers as possible can board the coach without delays. However, C&J will not delay departure of a scheduled bus in order to complete intake of a valet customer's vehicle. Customers who arrive later than five minutes before a scheduled departure may be refused service and asked to park & depart from our Seabrook NH location.
Tip: We always recommend purchasing your tickets ahead of time to save yourself time on your day of travel.
