What are the lost luggage rules at C&J?

Can C&J Inspect Luggage? For the safety and security of our passengers and employees, C&J reserves the right to inspect items that are unattended, unclaimed, left behind, or turned in to Lost & Found. Items that are illegal, hazardous, or suspicious may be refused, removed, or turned over to law enforcement.

What should I do if I see unattended luggage? Do not handle or move the luggage. Please notify a C&J employee immediately and provide as much information as possible about where the item was found.

Can I leave my luggage at the terminal while I travel? No. Luggage can not be left unattended at C&J terminals or other C&J facilities. Passengers are responsible for keeping track of their belongings until they are loaded for travel.
