I need to cancel my ticket. What are my options? How do we receive a refund?

If you are unable to make your originally scheduled trip you can choose to reschedule or cancel your trip for FREE online in your C&J Account. To initiate a refund of an online purchase contact C&J Customer Care.

Cancelling your ticket:  

All C&J tickets may be cancelled any time prior to the scheduled departure time on your boarding pass. You may keep the full value of your ticket as C&J credit in your account. You can use this credit for future travel with C&J. Tickets may not be cancelled and credits may not be issued after your scheduled departure time has passed.  

You may cancel your trip FREE online in your C&J Account or by contacting C&J Customer Care at (603) 430-1100, fees may apply.  

Rescheduling:  

All rebooking requests must be received prior to the scheduled departure time and can be changed for FREE online or by contacting the C&J Information Center (fees may apply) at (603) 430-1100.  All phone rebooking requests are subject to a $5 per-passenger fee.


Getting a Refund:
 

For those with refundable fares* refund of an online purchase by contacting C&J Customer Care at (603) 430-1100. All refundable fares will be subject to a $5 per passenger processing fee. Processing time on refunds is typically 5-10 business days.  

 
NYC Tickets*: These tickets may be refunded subject to the above terms prior to the scheduled departure time printed on your boarding pass. Tickets are non-refundable after this time.   
 
Logan Airport Tickets*: These tickets may be refunded subject to the above terms prior to the scheduled departure time printed on your boarding pass. Tickets are non-refundable after this time.   

South Station Tickets: C&J’s South Station tickets are non-refundable and may only be cancelled for credit or rescheduled for future use.
