I need to cancel my ticket. What are my options? How do we receive a refund?
If you are unable to make your originally scheduled trip, you may reschedule or cancel your trip for C&J Travel Credit at no cost through your C&J account online. If you would like a refund back to your original form of payment, please contact C&J Customer Care.
Cancelling your ticket:
All C&J tickets may be cancelled prior to the scheduled departure time listed on your boarding pass. If cancelled before departure, you may keep 100% of your ticket value as C&J Travel Credit for future travel. Travel credits are valid for 1 year from the original travel date.
Tickets cancelled more than 24 hours before departure may also be eligible for a refund back to the original credit or debit card used for purchase. Refunds are subject to a $5 processing fee per traveler and are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Tickets may not be cancelled, refunded, or converted to credit after the scheduled departure time has passed.
You may cancel your trip for FREE online through your C&J account or by contacting C&J Customer Care at (603) 430-1100, fees may apply.
Rescheduling:
All rebooking requests must be received prior to the scheduled departure time and can be changed for FREE online or by contacting the C&J Information Center (fees may apply) at (603) 430-1100.
Reservations may be changed or rescheduled prior to the ticket's originally scheduled departure time at no additional fee. Any change to the departure date or time is considered a reschedule. Once a ticket has been rescheduled, it is no longer eligible for a refund and may only be used as C&J travel credit.
Expired or used tickets are not eligible for rebooking, refund, or travel.

Refunds and C&J Travel Credits:
Refunds are available only if the cancellation is made prior to the ticket’s originally scheduled departure time. Refund eligibility for cash back to the original payment method applies only to cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure.
You can initiate a refund to the original form of payment of an online purchase by contacting C&J Customer Care at (603) 430-1100 or go filling out the form at www.ridecj.com/refund . Processing time on refunds is typically 5-10 business days and are issued back to the original payment method.
Tickets that have been rescheduled are not eligible for refunds. Any value associated with a rescheduled ticket will be issued as C&J travel credit only.
C&J travel credits are non-refundable, have no cash value, and may only be used toward future C&J travel.

NYC, Logan Airport, and South Station Tickets: These tickets may be refunded in accordance with the policy above if the cancellation request is made prior to the scheduled departure time printed on the boarding pass. Tickets are non-refundable after the scheduled departure time.
