How to Pickup Your Valet-Parked Vehicle
When you drop off your vehicle with our valet service, the pickup process is simple and efficient completed through a texting system. Valet pick-up is available for all C&J coaches and is accessible 24/7. Simply follow the steps outlined below to ensure a smooth and efficient pick-up process.
Here’s how to retrieve your vehicle when you're ready: text the word "CAR" (in all caps) to our valet phone number: 605-349-1469. This will notify us that you’re ready for your car to be returned. The text must only say "CAR" — nothing else. If we do not receive your text at least an hour in advance, you may experience a delay in retrieving your vehicle.
Key Collection:
The keys to your vehicle will always be inside with our agents at the front counter. After payment processing, you will be handed the keys, and you can head out.
