Valet Pickup Instructions: How to Retrieve Your Vehicle

In order to pick-up your valeted vehicle, you just need to text or respond "CAR" to your text coming from (605) 349-1469. After payment, you can pick-up your keys at the front desk.

How to Pickup Your Valet-Parked Vehicle

When you drop off your vehicle with our valet service, the pickup process is simple and efficient completed through a texting system. Valet pick-up is available for all C&J coaches and is accessible 24/7. Simply follow the steps outlined below to ensure a smooth and efficient pick-up process. Here’s how to retrieve your vehicle when you're ready:

Respond to the Texts You Received from the Valet System:

On the date you dropped off your vehicle, you should have received two text messages from a number starting with (605). If you are able to scroll back and locate those texts, simply reply with the word "CAR" (in all capital letters) once you have boarded the coach. The text must only say "CAR" — nothing else. If you include a ticket number or any other information, the request may not go through. If we do not receive your text at least an hour in advance, you may experience a delay in retrieving your vehicle.

Once we receive your reply, we’ll have your vehicle ready for you to pick up.

If You Are Unable to Find the Text:

If you cannot find the text messages from the day you dropped off your vehicle, don't worry! You can still request your vehicle by texting the word "CAR" (in all caps) to our valet phone number: 605-349-1469. This will notify us that you’re ready for your car to be returned.

Key Collection:

The keys to your vehicle will always be inside with our agents at the front counter. After we confirm payment, you will be handed the keys, and you can head out.
