We understand the need for flexible travel and we have made it really easy for you to manage your reservations with C&J.
C&J's reservation service gives ticketed passengers guaranteed seating on the travel date and time selected.
You now have the option to change the travel date and time on your ticket. This reservation change must take place prior to the departure time (and date) specified on the boarding pass.
Don't worry, if you are unable to change your reservation you can still ride standby, but your seat will not be guaranteed.
Guaranteed seating only applies to advanced reservation ticketed passengers, traveling on the specific date and time selected. C&J always recommends purchasing your ticket in advance online.
