What if I printed my ticket before September 9?

If you printed the old ticket, please access your updated ticket after 2:00 AM on September 9.

You can display the new ticket on your phone or print a new copy before traveling. If you would like a new printed ticket please see a C&J ticket agent prior to traveling and we’re happy to help!
