The handicap parking spots are located inside the parking lots near the entrance. In Dover, they are right across from the bus terminal near the employee parking spots. In Portsmouth they are located in the main parking lot close to the bus terminal building. In Seabrook they are the first column of spots directly across from you as you enter.
