Why is C&J changing its ticketing system?

Our new ticketing system is designed to make it easier to purchase, manage and use your C&J tickets and provide our team with better tools to assist you when you travel.

The most important thing to remember:

Traveling September 9 or later? Look for the WHITE ticket.

If your ticket is still blue, log back into your C&J account or use the link in your original confirmation email to access your updated ticket.

Your reservation is still valid — you do not need to purchase a new ticket.
