What if a bag is Damaged/Lost?

C&J assumes liability of $250 per adult-fare ticket and $125 per half-fare ticket for baggage lost or stolen while in our care. C&J is not responsible for previously damaged items delivered to us for transportation. Liability for loss or damage to luggage transported in our baggage compartments is limited to these amounts.

Items placed under the coach may shift during travel. C&J is not liable for items damaged during transit.
