I need to cancel my ticket. How do we receive a refund?

To initiate a refund of an online purchase contact C&J Customer Care at (603) 430-1100.

All C&J tickets are non-transferable. The refund policy is defined by the ticket origin/destination and ticket type.

New York City Tickets:
Reservations are required for service between Portsmouth, Seabrook, Tewksbury, Ogunquit (seasonal service), and New York City. Passengers can make reservations online, here.  Tickets are non-transferable must be used on the selected date and time of travel.

NO CHANGE FEES - All NYC refund or rebooking requests must be received prior to the scheduled departure time by contacting the C&J Information Center at (603) 430-1100. There are no fees to change your reservations up to the time of departure.

All refund requests are subject to a $5 per-passenger fee and must be made prior to the trips departure. If a reservation is not used on the date and time specified on the ticket, the ticket is void and non-refundable.


Logan Airport Tickets: 
All full-fare tickets are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Refunds are available on non-expired tickets depending on the ticket type.

A $5 per-passenger, per-transaction refund fee will be applied to all tickets regardless of the ticket type (excluding 10-ride passes and Airport Employee tickets, which are non-refundable). An expired or used ticket is not valid for a refund or transportation. 

South Station Tickets:
All full-fare tickets are valid within 1 year of the date of purchase. Refunds available on non-expired tickets depending on the ticket type. Discounted South Station tickets that were purchased online or at a C&J ticket kiosk are non-refundable.

A $5 per-passenger, per-transaction refund fee will be applied to all tickets regardless of the ticket type (excluding six-ride and monthly passes, which are non-refundable). An expired or used ticket is not valid for a refund or transportation.

10-Ride Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable. Passes valid for 30 days, these passes provide 10 one-way rides to the destination on the ticket.

Logan Airport Employee Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable. Passes valid for 30 days.

To initiate a refund of an online purchase contact C&J Customer Care at (603) 430-1100. Tickets purchased at a physical C&J terminal can be refunded directly by the agent on duty.
