Reservations are needed for NYC bus service.
Reservations are required for service between Dover, Portsmouth, Seabrook, and New York City. Passengers can make reservations for bus tickets online. Tickets are non-transferable.
All NYC refund or rebooking requests must be received prior to the scheduled departure time by contacting the C&J Information Center at (603) 430-1100. There are no fees to change your reservations up to the time of departure.
All refund requests are subject to a $5 per-passenger fee and must be made prior to the trips departure. If a reservation is not used on the date and time specified on the ticket, the ticket is void and non-refundable.
